At Catnic, there is no denying that customers are the focus.
To ensure this is always the case, the company also invests in the well-being of its staff. As such, the offices have recently been equipped with height-adjustable desks, while the labelling stations in the warehouse have been fitted with anti-fatigue floor mats. For quite some time now, a weekly fruit basket has been provided, where members of staff can help themselves to a healthy snack, and soft drinks are provided free of charge. A massage provided by Simone Reiske, who has already been coming to the company once a month for twelve years, is particularly well received by staff.
